It is with humble respect that I dedicate this page to ITF, General Choi and my personal Master in Tae Kwon-Do, Kung-Fu and life: Master Leong Wai Meng.
I have no intentions of claming to be a master or expert, but I have been involved in/with Taekwon-Do for approx. 20 years, (Since December 1977) and what I am today I owe the above mentioned.
Most (if not all) of the material on this page is from Master Leong's book:� Taekwon-Do--The complete syllabus & Grading manual.� And it is with great thanks I have been permitted to use it.
